Hearth furnace incinerators

Process description

1. Feedstock loading 
• performed by automated loading device.

2. Waste thermal treatment:
• performed in the combustion chamber, the temperature in the chamber is maintained automatically by burners;
• flue gases come from the combustion chamber to the afterburning chamber for additional exposure.

3. Chemical cleaning 
• performed in the scrubber;
• waste chemicals are removed from the scrubber with the flue gases.

4. Mechanical cleaning  
• separation of spent chemicals and fly ash from the flue gases is carried out in the baghouse.

5. Flue gases transporting

6. Ash unloading:

• performed by screw conveyor to the ash collection tank;
• ash is discharged in the storage tanks (containers or garbage bags).

Hearth furnace incinerators:

  • suitable for the disposal of various types of waste: solid municipal, liquid waste and effluents, industrial waste (including sludge)
  • used for neutralization of medical and biological waste
