New incinerator for Rosneft

Seven incinerators of container type have been supplied as part of the certification of the Safe Technologies Industrial Group at Rosneft subsidiaries. The first waste thermal treatment facility KTO-50.K.20 was delivered for the Vankor field near Krasnoyarsk in August 2010.

Incinerator KTO-50.K.20 is designed for safe thermal destruction of municipal solid waste, waste oils and oil sludge, plant capacity is up to 50 kg/h. Waste treatment occurs at a temperature of 900°C, followed by post-combustion of exhaust gases at 1200°C. The flue gases generated by the combustion, are multi-stage cleaned.

Safe Technologies Industrial Group, being a certified supplier, is accredited for the delivery of waste thermal treatment facilities to any objects of Rosneft.
