Incinerator КТО-100.К40 is delivered to Bashneft at the Nenets Autonomous District

Safe Technologies Industrial Group inn cooperation with Bashneft supplied waste thermal treatment facility  КТО-100.К40 to R. Trebsa field in Arkhangelsk region of Nenets Autonomous District.

Bashneft-Polus is a subsidiary of Bashneft (since 2011) is implementing a project on the development of R. Trebsa oil field. One of the key objectives is the  compliance with the standards of environmental protection, the development of landfills intended for storage, isolation and disposal of solid municipal and industrial waste.

The modification of waste thermal treatment facility, КТО-100.К40 was developed especially for the Bashneft-Polus. The facility is capable to utilize up to 100 kg of waste per hour in the harsh conditions of the Far North. Technical and operational characteristics of the facility are fully comply with federal standards for waste management and the special requirements of the customer.

КТО-100.К40 is placed in 40’ ft. container and equipped with fully automated system for loading. Such a solution is particularly important, given the adverse temperature conditions, as minimizes the participation of technical staff.
