Flue gas stack of Safe Technologies production was sent to Yaregskoye oil and gas field

The Ukhta region of the Komi Republic is actively working on the development of Yaregskoye oil and gas field. JSC SITTEK (a subsidiary of Lukoil group) is going to launch the production of titanium coagulant, a chemical agent that is highly effective in the preparation of drinking water and treatment of industrial and household wastewater. FSUE Russian Research Center Applied Chemistry is the project developer.

Safe Technologies has taken part in the field reclamation since 2011. Cyclone combustion furnace of chlorine process gases completed with flue gas stack and quench scrubber was supplied by the order of JSC SITTEK. Under the new contract, the specialists of Industrial Group were manufactured and sent the lined flue section of the complex three-dimensional configuration. Equipment length of 12 meters and a diameter of 1000 mm will perform the function of transporting the flue gas of 1400°C from the afterburner to the recovery boiler.
