Deepening of cooperation between Safe Technologies and construction holding Stroygazconsulting

Cooperation is developing between Safe Technologies Industrial Group and Stroygazconsulting Group of Companies, the official contractor of the largest Russian oil companies.

In May 2012, an agreement on waste thermal treatment facility KTO-50.K.20 supply to the village of Seida, the Komi Republic was made. This is the seventh incineration plant, acquired by Stroygazconsulting.

The system is designed for the environmentally friendly high-temperature treatment of solid waste and sludge. KTO-50.K.20 is placed in standard 20’ ft. container, and is capable to process up to 50 kg of waste per hour at 800-900°C.

Flue gas cleaning system based on dry method, which does not require special preparation of chemicals, is equipped in the plant to minimize the release of harmful emissions into the atmosphere.

The unit is provided with an automated process control system based on Siemens or Schneider Electric controller, equipped with a touch panel and a set of instrumentation.

Commissioning works of the facility is scheduled for December 2012.
